1. About This Website

This website is operated for the benefit of the Lincoln High School Baseball Booster Club and the Lincoln Baseball program. It provides program information and allows supporters to participate in fundraising, campaigns, events, sponsorships, registrations, and other booster activities.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent transactions, misuse another person's information, or use the service in a way that could damage the organization, its members, or its service providers.

3. Donations and Fundraising Payments

Donations and fundraising payments may support an individual player's fundraising goal, a team campaign, a general program fund, or another purpose identified on the applicable page. A reference to a player may be used for fundraising attribution and program accounting and does not create personal ownership of donated funds by that player.

Unless a page specifically states otherwise, funds received through this website are administered by the booster organization for program purposes and may be applied to legitimate baseball program needs, including equipment, uniforms, facilities, travel, meals, events, and other approved expenses.

4. Campaigns, Events, Products, and Services

Some campaigns may involve goods, services, registrations, tickets, sponsorships, clinics, car washes, meals, merchandise, or other items. The description shown on the campaign page controls the terms of that specific offering, including dates, quantities, eligibility, pickup, attendance, or fulfillment requirements.

Availability may be limited. The booster organization may cancel, reschedule, substitute, or modify an event or campaign when reasonably necessary.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. The booster organization does not directly store complete payment card numbers entered into Stripe's payment interface. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

You authorize the amount displayed at checkout to be charged to the payment method you select. Any optional contribution toward processing costs will be disclosed before payment is submitted.

6. Receipts and Tax Matters

Payment confirmations and receipts may be provided electronically. Whether a particular payment is tax deductible depends on the nature of the payment and your individual circumstances. Payments made in exchange for goods or services may not be fully deductible. The booster organization does not provide personal tax or legal advice.

7. Accounts and Portal Access

Parent, player, coach, staff, or administrator portal users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity performed through their accounts. Private activation links, claim codes, and access links should not be shared with unauthorized persons.

8. Communications

If you provide an email address or mobile number, the organization may send transaction confirmations, receipts, account notices, campaign information, or other program-related communications consistent with your selections and applicable law. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the method provided in the message.

9. Website Content

Website text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content may be owned by the booster organization, Lincoln Baseball, Lincoln High School, or their licensors. Content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

This website may link to or use third-party services such as payment processors, maps, email providers, social networks, or other external websites. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and the site operational, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Event schedules, campaign details, rosters, and other information may change.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the booster organization and its volunteers, officers, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Information collected through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
